 AstroDukan – Shipping, Return & Replacement Policy

 Shipping Information

• Fast Dispatch: We ship all confirmed orders within 2 business days. Due to festivals or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 3–5 working days.

• Delivery Timeline: Expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be emailed/SMSed to you. Use this ID to track your package in real-time.

 Payment Options

• We accept Prepaid (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select PIN codes. Check COD availability during checkout.

• Prepaid orders may qualify for priority shipping and exclusive offers.

 Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the spiritual and energized nature of our products, AstroDukan does not offer returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

 Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:

1. Wrong item delivered

2. Damaged product

3. Missing components/accessories

 Timeline to Raise a Request: Within 24 hours of delivery.

 How to raise a request:
Email us at support@astrodukan.com with your Order ID and clear images of the received product, packaging, and shipping label.

 We request customers to refuse delivery if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

 Important Notes

• Minor color or texture variations in natural stones or handcrafted jewelry are normal and not eligible for replacement.

• Items once used, worn, or altered cannot be returned or replaced.

• Products that are energized or customized (such as specific mantra-energized rudraksha or rings) are non-returnable and non-replaceable.

 Warranty Policy

AstroDukan’s spiritual products are handcrafted and naturally sourced; they do not carry a technical warranty.

However, if you experience manufacturing defects (like broken mala thread or pendant clasp issues), you can report them within 7 days of delivery. We will assess and offer a solution (repair/replacement) based on the issue.

 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us at +91-9974575777.

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. Refuse the delivery at the doorstep if you still wish to cancel.

 GST Invoice

• Invoices are generated for all orders.

• B2B customers (corporate or bulk orders) can request GST invoices. Please email your GST details post-purchase.

• B2C purchases are not eligible for GST input credit.
