AstroDukan offers spiritual and wellness products such as energy stones, rudraksha beads, yantras, spiritual jewelry, and astrology-based remedies. Once you place an order, we process and ship the products to your provided address in India. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.

• Prices are inclusive of all applicable GST in India.

• Prices may change without notice, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

7. Payment

We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) modes:

• A standard pre-authorization check may be done.

• We may contact you via email or phone to confirm large or high-value orders.

• COD may not be available for all PIN codes.

8. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
However, delivery may be delayed due to festivals, natural events, or logistical issues. You’ll receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.

9. Sale in India Only

All products and services listed on www.astrodukan.com are available for sale in India only. We do not currently offer international shipping or support.

10. Returns & Replacement

Due to the sacred and energized nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered and opened.

You may request a replacement if:

• The item delivered is incorrect or damaged.

• There are missing accessories.

15. Discounts & Promotions

• Prepaid payment mode may be eligible for extra 5% off, but it cannot be combined with other discount codes.

• Discount codes are applicable on prepaid orders only. COD orders are not eligible for any promotions.
